Wedding Rings

I thought I’d show how one set of of wedding rings can be photographed.  To set the scene, the groom was Irish, so you’ll understand where the little green leprechaun  comes from. I thought it was quiet cute to use this little guy, and then once I used him, the mum came out with the Irish stick which had a special name for it – I’ve forgotten what it was.

Using a mirror frame is shot a fair bit, but a good thing to do is to include the groom in the shot too.

I must admit I love shallow depth of field and it’s something that all the automatic cameras can’t do, and most people with basic digital SLRs would not know how to take the shot either.  So I guess there are two components here, a) being creative in the environment that you’ve been handed and b) knowing and having the equipment to execute the photo.

Hillary’s Yacht Club Wedding

Here are some photos from a wedding we did at Hillary’s Yacht Club.

Weather was fantastic.  We shot at three locations on the day, which was great, and it gave us a good spread of photos to select from for their wedding album.

Hillary’s Yacht Club has had a full make over this year, and the location is fantastic for wedding ceremonies by the water as well as wedding receptions upstairs.  They can hold a lot of people, so even if you have a large wedding, I’m sure you can be accommodated.

Wedding Limo Hire in Perth

Getting to your wedding ceremony in a limousine is not only a luxury but also lots of fun. Getting to the ceremony and reception isn’t all about just getting there, you need to consider your bridal party and how they will fit in too.  You have a very wide selection of wedding cars in Perth for hire for your wedding day, you have Chrysler 300c, Hummer, Rolls Royce, Daimler, Oldsmobile, Holden, Fords, and I’m sure there are a few more.

Things to consider for your wedding day limo hire:

  • number of people in your wedding party
  • distance travelled
  • is food and drinks required
  • do you require air conditioning
  • if a convertible wedding car is required
  • will you be taking your night stay bags for your wedding night
  • destination driveway and parking facilities
  • music in your wedding car

One of my recommended Chrysler Wedding Car Companies I recommend includes:

Tess and Paul – Yanchep Wedding

Yanchep National Park served as a backdrop for the wedding of Tess and Paul.  Both are madly in love with each other and also included Paul’s children as part of the ceremony.  Their wedding reception was in the cave at the park, which also included an Aboriginal Didgeridoo player, which was just amazing with the sound in the cave.

With the sunset as it was, and being so close to the beach (Yanchep beach) we had to go and we made some time to shoot.  One of Tess’ friends came with us and helped me out, which was great, as I was able to get some awesome wedding pictures.
